Sh 345 Million graft case against Politician Francis Mureithi will be heard in July this year.
When the matter came before magistrate Kenneth Cheruiyot,hearing dates were set as July 26 to 30th 2021.
The politician is being charged with obtaining Sh 345 Million from an Eritrean National Maile Menkerios by pretending that he had contacts with the ministry of defense to supply foodstuff.
The offenses were committed in November 2016.
Mureithi was granted a bond of Sh 10 million or place a cash bail Sh 5 million and two sureties.
He was further ordered to deposit his passport in court.
