A man has been charged at Milimani law courts with Sh 3.2M land fraud against the law.
Peter Nyaki Njagi appeared before Milimani law courts magistrate Bernard Ochoi and denied the charges.
He faced one count of obtaining Sh 3,200,000from Simfa investments limited by falsely pretending he was in a position to sell them a piece of land in Nairobi on 15th December 2017.
He was released on a cash bail of Sh 500,000 or alternative bond of 1 million.PHOT0
