A British national and an alleged fugitive being sought by interpol today appeared before the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi, Kenya, facing charges of threatening to kill a prominent Kenyan real estate businessman. Nuur Ahmed Mohamed, the accused, pleaded not guilty to one count of threatening to kill Abdi Hassan Mohamed, as well as an additional count of assault. During the court hearing presided over by Magistrate Honourable Martha Nanzushi, it was alleged that Nuur Ahmed Mohamed, without lawful excuse, uttered words threatening to kill Abdi Hassan Mohamed at the Westgate Shopping Mall.
