A man accused of impersonating a police officer has been charged at Milimani Law courts.
Kepha Sagana appeared before Milimani Senior Principle Magistrate and denied personation charges.
He appeared in court together with Emmanuel Nichodemus who was set free in obtaining charges after the complainant said that he received compensation from them.
The two had been accused of obtaining Sh 191,000 by falsely pretending that they were in a position to assist Dennis Makori to be cleared from police list of wanted persons and also have his vehicle which is held as an exhibit at Isiolo police station to be released by the area DCI officers.
In the second count, Sagana is accused that on 17th November at Westlands area of Nairobi County, with intent to defraud falsely represented himself to Dennis Momanyi, a superintendent of police from directorate of criminal investigation attached at Interpol Unit.
Kepha was released on Sh 100,000 cash bail or a bond of sh 200,000.
