Businessman Mohammed Khalif Hassan charged with Sh 8Million Spaghetti fraud.

Mohammed Khalif Hassan appeared before Senior Principle Magistrate Robinson Ondieki and denied the charges.

He was charged that on diverse dates between February 18,2023 and May,21 2024,at unknown place within the country,with intent to defraud obtained Sh 8,512,700 from Osman Mohamed Ali by falsely pretending that he was in a position to import spaghetti for him,knowing it was untrue.

He was released on Sh 700,000 cash bail or bond of Sh 2 Million with 2 sureties of similar amount.
