The Ken Walibora Education Center director charged with Sh 2.6 M fraud.

Paul Watila Chesoli has appeared before milimani law courts magistrate Sinkiyan Tobiko and denied one count of obtaining goods by false pretenses.
He is accused on diverse dates between October 5,2020 and February 19,2021 at the Ken Walibora Center for literature Development Limited situated at Hill crest Court,along Waiyaki Way westlands,with am intention of defrauding, obtained from Fidelis Menasi of Pipe Contractors and Supplies Limited, electronics,Furniture’s and 1,370 text books all valued at Sh 2.6Million.
The accused is said to have pretend that he could pay for the goods.
He was jointly charged with the Ken Walibora Center for Literature Development Limited in which he is a director.
The accused pleaded with the court to release him with lenient cash bail.
Tobiko released him on Sh 200,000 cash bail or a bond of Sh 500,000.
The matter will be mentioned on May 27,2021.
