A man who pretended to take ladies to Saudi Arabia has been charged with Sh 1.9 M fraud.

Thomas Gori Oyaro has been charged with obtaining Sh 17,209 US dollars against the law.

He was charged that on the diverse between March 26, 2021 and May 19, 2021, jointly with others not before court obtained a total of 17,209 US Dollars from Alhaqq Agencies Limited by falsely pretending that he was in a position to provide the company with ladies to travel to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for domestic work for the Complainant’s counterpart company Alnaif recruitment Agency at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a fact he knew to be false.

He was released on Sh 100,000 or a bond of Sh 200,000
