A woman charged with stealing a pistol and ATM cards

Two people have been charged at Milimani law courts with stealing a pistol contrary to the law.

Benson Gachihi Gichimu and Jennifer Cherotich Kosgei were accused that on August 14,2017 at junction of Accra Road and River Road in Nairobi City within Nairobi County jointly with others not before the court, stole a bag containing one Glock Pistol, two Glock magazine, twenty 9mm live ammunition, two ATM cards, two ATM cards, NHIF card. NSIS certificate of appointment No.0000142, driving permit, cash Sh 400, one mobile phone makes Tecno C8 valued at Sh 16,000, KCSE and Diploma certificate all valued at Sh 250,000 the property of Swaleh Zawadi Hiribae from the person of the said Swaleh Zawadi Hiribae.

They were released on Sh 1million bond or a cash bail of Sh 500,000 each.
