Stephen Wanyee Gichuhu has appeared at Milimani law courts and charged with making false Deed plan for a parcel of land measuring approximately 5 acres located at Karen.
The land is valued at Sh 350,000,000. He is accused that with he forged the deed plan with intention of defrauding Ms Goodison Trust Corporation Ltd of the said piece of land.
He was released on a cash bail of Sh 2Million.
