John Maina Njoroge alias Charles Khasamba Johannes on the 26th August, 2021 at Eco Bank Branch ,in Nairobi within Nairobi County, with intent to defraud, falsely presented himself as Charles Khasamba Johannes to Susan Akoth Abok,a teller with the said Eco Bank Limited.
Maina was also charged with possessing a Kenyan Identity in the name of Charles Khasamba Johannes purporting it to be a genuine card issued by director National Registration Bureau.
He was also charged with attempted stealing contrary to section 389 as read with section 275 of the penal code.
John Maina Njoroge Alias Charles Khasamba Johannes was accused that on August 26, 2021 at Eco Bank Limited Towers branch in Nairobi within County, jointly with others not before court, attempted to steal Sh 2,311,665.40
He was released on Sh 300,000 bond or cash bail of Sh 200,000.
