A taut in rongai has been charged at milimani law courts after being accused of damaging a windscreen of a police motor vehicle.
Jackson Onsongo appeared before magistrate David Ndungi and denied committing the offense.
He denied the charges of malicious damage to property against the law.The court was informed that he committed the offense on October 5, 2021 at Haile Selassie Avenue.
The accussed is said to have been resisting the arrest from the officers where he damaged the property valued at Sh 30,000.
He was released on a cash bail of Sh 50,000 or alternative bond of Sh 100,000.
