A woman who is said to have procured a child for the purpose of sexual intercourse has been charged at Milimani law courts .
Leila Waithera Kassim has appeared before magistrate Courts Chief Magistrate Wendy Micheni and denied one count of befitting from child prostitution against the law.
She was accused that on diverse dates between September and October within the CBD ,Ngara and Eastley within Nairobi County,knowingly procured on a child aged 16 years for the purpose of sexual intercourse.
The prosecution alleged that on diverse dates between September and October within Nairobi CBD, Ngara and Eastleigh within Nairobi County, she knowingly procured a child named DN aged 16 years for the purpose of sexual intercourse.
She has been released on Sh 150,000 cash bail or a bond of Sh 300,000.
