Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna has been directed to obtain his emergency travel documents from whatever he is at for him to be allowed inthe country.
Once he obtains the document he can board the available flight to Kenya
Justice Hedwig Ongudi further directed Miguna to apply for his passport upon landing and the said to be issued with seven days.
The court said that Miguna Miguna canny use his ID as a traveling document adding that the requirements of having a passport is uniform to all Kenyans .
“There’s No evidence that he has ever applied for a new passport.
No evidence that his Canadian passport has been endorsed as required,” court noted.
