A director at Nairobi Metropolitan Services(NMS) has been charged with publication of false information contrary to the law.
Brown Olaly Ashira appeared before a Milimani Law Courts and denied one count of publication of false information.
The court was informed that on diverse dates between June 8,2022 and June 10,2022 at Unkwon place within the republic of Kenya,posted on his whats-app group KHPS Nairobi charter “let’s make this trend guys….let’s follow nyakundi on Twitter’ knowing it to be false and to maliciously injure Mr. Fredrick Nickson Ouma Oluga’s reputation as a person.
He was released on Sh 20,000 cash bail.
