Inua Mlemavu Organisation seeks to be enjoined in presidential petition.

The Chairperson of chairperson of the Inua Mlemavu Organisation, Michael Makarena has moved to court seeking to be enjoined in the presidential petition.

He says that elections were not conducted fairly.

The Chairperson who is representing people with disabilities wants to be an interested party in a petition filed by Raila Odinga and Martha Karua.

“We were not able to vote on August 9,”added Makarena.

Through lawyer Danstan Omari,Makarena, said the elections were unfairly conducted by virtue of the exclusion of persons living with disability who were unable to access various polling stations.
