Two men have been charged at Milimani Law Courts with conspiracy to steal Sh 4.8 Million from Biotech Savanna Limited.
The two Peter Wandabwa Ongoya and Willy Mukiti Malonza together with Company Biotech Organics Limited denied stealing charges from Milimani Magistrate Susan Shitubi
The were charged that on July 12,2022,jointly with others before court conspired together to steal Sh 4,819,000 the property of Biotech Savanna Limited.
They faced a second count of stealing the same amount on similar dates and place.
They denied the charges and were released on bond.
