Bytech Savanna Company Director Charged with Theft of Sh 4.8M.

A company director has been charged with stealing Sh 4.8 Million.

Bridget Gakii Nyaga a director of Bytech Savanna Limited appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi and denied theft charges.

She was charged together with co-accused Eliphus Mutuma Murithi, Peter Wandabwa Ongoya, Willy Mukiti Malonza and Biotech Organics Limited.

They were all charged with conspiracy to steal and stealing Sh 4,819,000 from Bytech Savanna Limited on July 12,2022.

Gakii was charged in the last count with stealing on similar dates at Co-operative Bank Agah Khan Walk Branch, within Nairobi.

She is said to have stolen the money which came to her possession as a director of Bytech Savanna Limited.

They pleaded with the court to be released on favorable bond terms.

 They were released on Sh 1m bond each.
