Serial gold fraud suspect has been charged at Milimani law courts.
Noah Job Emedele aka Paul was charged that on diverse dates between January 14, 2022 and January 27, 2022 within the republic of Kenya, jointly with others not before court, with intent to defraud, obtained Sh 1,426,500 from rogers Monari Machoka by falsely pretending that he was in a position to sell him pure gold from Congo knowing it was untrue.
The prosecution has denied his release on bail saying he has many cases at the court.
He has been remanded at kileleshwa police station pending the ruling on bail.
