A man was today charged at a Kibera Court with indecent touching the Privates parts of a three year old minor
Alphonce Kaunga was charged before Kibera Senior Resident Magistrate William Lorot where he denied the charges.
The court heard that the accused person committed the offence On January 5, at Kibarange Slums in Kangemi Sub-County within Nairobi County.
The prosecution did not object his released on bond and the court released him on Sh300,000 bond with a surety of the same amount.The case will be mentioned on Jan 22 for pre-trial
