Two Sh 12M fraud suspects suffers a blow after court denies them Travel Documents.6

Two Somali Nationals charged with Sh 12M fraud have been denied their passports to travel to Some African Countries.

The two Mohammed Mohamud and Bashir Ali appeared before magistrate Benmark Ekhubi who read the ruling on their application.

They have been charged that on May 10,2018 at Eastleigh in Nairobi,with intent to defraud,obtained 100,000 USD or approximatly Sh 12,800,000 from Fatuma Hassan by falsely pretending that they would facilitate the importation  of clothes from China,knowing it was untrue.h

While denying them passports,magistrate Benmark Ekhubi said has considered application by prosecution that they are delaying the trial.

They have since denied the charges and are out on Sh 300,000 cash bail.
