A man has been charged at Milimani Law Courts with Sh 6M car fraud .
Kenneth Njiru Njagi appeared before Milimani Principal Magistrate Ben Mark Ekhubi and denied the charges. Njiru is accused that on diverse dates between 16th December 2022 and 15th March 2023 at Kenville Motors in Westlands area within Nairobi County, with intent to defraud, obtained from Stephano Amanati Sh 6,189,000 by falsely pretending that he was in a position to assist him import a Toyota Rav4 from Japan.He was released on a cashbail of Sh half a million.
