A Man accused of conspiracy to steal over Sh 54 Million from Guaranty Trust Bank in Kenya.
Daniel Mwangi denied two counts of conspiracy to defraud and stealing contrary to the law at a Nairobi Court.
Court was informed that he committed the offense on April 2,2020 where he conspired jointly with others to defraud Guaranty Trust Bank (Kenya) of Sh 54,000,000
He was also charged with stealing Contrary to Section 268 (1) as read with section 275 of the penal code.
The accused is said to have committed the offense on April 2,2020 and May 29,2020 at Guaranty Trust Bank, Skypark Branch in Westland’s within Nairobi County stole Kenya Shillings 54,700,000 the property of the said Guaranty Trust Bank Limited.
