A man has been charged at Kibera Law courts after he was accused of spending 63 days at Stajo Karen Suites for 63 days without pay.
Moses Aluchura appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Derrick Kuto and denied one count of obtaining credit by false pretenses.
He is said to have committed the offence on diverse dates between August 19 and 25,2020 where he incurred a bill of Sh 885,000 without paying for the services offered to him.
Aluchura was released on a cash bail 300,000 or alternative bond of Ksh 500,000
