Woman charged with forging a court order

A woman has been at Milimani law courts with forgery of judicial document contrary to the law.

Fernandoh Wangeci appeared before senior resident magistrate Zainab Abdul and denied the charges.

She was accused that on September 1, 2020 at unknown place and time in Kenya jointly with others not before the court with intent to defraud, made a judicial document namely court order in respect of civil case number 1176 of 2006 dated September 1,2020 .

The accused is said to have purported it to be a genuine court order issued by the deputy registrar High Court of Kenya, Nairobi.

She was released on Sh 30,000 cash bail or a bond of Sh 100,000.
