Two women have been charged at Milimani Law courts with Sh 500,000 fraud.
Lucy Wanjuhi and Ann Wagio were accused that between September 21,2020,they conspired to obtain Sh 500,000 from Alexander Gitonga Njue by falsely pretending that they could use a motor vehicle as security.
The two faced another count of stealing against the law.The court was informed that between September 21,2020 and September 26,2020 at Nairobi County,obtained Sh 500,000 from Alexander Gitonga Njue by falsely pretending that they could use that motor vehicle as a security.
They denied the charges and were released on Sh 200,000 cash bail or a bond of Sh 300,000
The matter will be heard on February 5,2021
