TWO PRIDE-INN DIRECTORS CHARGED AFRESH IN SH 36M CASE .

Two Pride-Inn hotel Mohamed Shabir Kassam and Mohamed Hasnain Shabbir were charged at Milimani law courts afresh on a consolidated charge sheet for Malicious damage to property worth ksh 36,668,880/= situated at Raphta road in westlands.

They were also charged with stealing cash, CCTV cameras, Door locks, Server room equipment’s, Furniture and hotel fitting all valued at Sh 173,789,957/=.the court maintained the Sh 1 million cash bail that was placed when they took plea for the first time last week.
