Jesse Muiruri has been charged that o January 28, 2020 and January 9, 2021 at Maisha Microfinance Bank in Nairobi, jointly with another not before court, conspired to steal 5,222,607 the property of the said Bank.
He appeared before magistrate Francis Andayi and denied the charges.
He pleaded with the court to release him of favorable bond terms saying that he is a young man and has co-operated with the police.
The accused said he has a young family and is the only bread winner.
Andayi released him on Sh 500,000 cash bail.
