Two traders from Kitui, Ndisya Muluu Mutua and Frida Kambua Ndisya at Milimani law courts where the second accused took plea for conspiracy to defraud and obtaining good worth Ksh 6,273,240 from Pembe flour millers on diverse dates between 2nd December 2019 and 1st April 2021. The court adopted the bond terms set by the high court of ksh 300,000 cash bail and 3 million bond after they appealed for reduction of ksh 1 million set by the plea court when the first accused was charged last week.
