Two Stanbic officials charged afresh in Sh5M Car theft.

Two Stanbic officials have George Ndeti Kikuvi and Cliff Nabwendo Nyasinga have been charged afresh in Sh5Million Car theft.

They were charged that on diverse dates between February 24,2021 and August 20,2021 at unknown place within the country, jointly with others not before the court, conspired to steal a motor vehicle registration number KCW 639 E, make Toyota Hiace white in color valued at Sh 5.3M the property of Fabrice Boyi.

The two were charged afresh because more counts of forging Cheque leafs were added to Ndeti.

They were also charged with stealing a Cheque leaf against the law.

The court was informed that Ndeti stole a Stanbic Bank cheque leaf valued at Sh 1000 the property of Boyi.

Ndeti was also charged with stealing attempting to steal Sh 850,000 from Boyi’s account and also uttering forged Cheques against the law.

On February 24,2022, the two were also charged with conspiring to steal a Toyota Hiace valued at Sh 5.3 million from Fabrice Boyi. 

They are alleged to have committed the offence between 2nd February and 20th August 2021 at an unknown place. The court heard they committed the offence jointly with others not before the court.

The two are also charged with stealing the said vehicle from Boyi on the same dates.

The complainant met Nyambati at the Stanbic Bank branch where he works.
