A G4S officer has been charged at Milimani Law Courts with Sh 1.4Million Bank fraud.
John Musee Muthui appeared before magistrate Gilbert Shikwe and denied all the charges.
The court was informed that on October 7, 2023 in Westlands within Nairobi County, while guarding DTB Bank Diamond Plaza Branch, jointly with others not before court,He conspired to steal Sh 1,490,000 from a locked motor vehicle registration number KDG ,the property of Sanjay Shiyani .
He was also charged in another count with stealing contrary to section 268 as read with section 275 of the penal code.
The court heard that Musee on October 7,2023 at Diamond Plaza in Westlands within Nairobi County, with another not before court, stole Sh 1,490,000 the property of Sanjay Shiyani.
He was released on Sh 1Million Bond or a cash bail of Sh 500,000.
Pretrial will be on 7th of November.
