A woman has been charged at Milimani Law courts with Sh 630,000 fraud.
Mary Njoki Gikungu appeared before magistrate Gilbert Shikwe and denied the charges.
The court was informed that on diverse dates between July 20th July 2022 at May 31, 2023 in Nairobi County, with intent to defraud, obtained from Jane Tendwa Khasandi a total a sum of Sh 630,000 in pretenses that he was in a position to process for her a travel visa to Finland knowing it was untrue.
She was released on Sh 100,000 cash bail or a bond of Sh 500,000.
