A man has been charged at Milimani Law Courts after he allegedly defrauded another Sh12M.
Ibrahim Chege Thuku appeared before magistrate Nanzushi and pleaded not guilty.
The court was informed that he committed the offense on June 7/2021.
He is said to have defrauded Joseph Ngugi by falsely pretending that he was in a position to import a motor vehicle make Range Rover Sport from the United Kingdom, knowing it was untrue.
He was released on bond.
