A Businessman who stunned a Nairobi Court after he collapsed while fraud charges were being read to him,was later released on Sh 200,000 cash bail.
Diini Siyad Gelle4 is ccused of defrauding another businessman of Sh 400,000 by way of cheating.
After he collupsed,he was taken care by court officials that he later recovered
He pleaded not guilty before Chief Magistrate Lucas Onyina.
He was taken care by court officials and he later recovered.
The court was informed that on Diverse dates between October 8,2024 to October 14,2024 at Alyusra House along Banda street in Nairobi county,jointly with others not before the court by means of fraudulent trick obtained Sh 400,000 from Rowdah Ahmed Hassan.
The accused was released on Sh 200,000 cash bail.
