Somali land grabber Adan Haji Issack and his associates are harassing Lumumba Nyaberi, a 60-year-old law professor, lawyer, and lecturer at Catholic University. The disputed plot, measuring 1.2 acres, is located on Peponi Road in Westlands.
Adan Haji Issack has forcibly evicted the professor using goons armed with machetes and crude weapons. The professor has reported the incident to Spring Valley Police Station, filing a complaint for trespassing.
