John waithaka Fernades was found with the pistols ready to commit an offense on January 18,2021.
Its alleged that the suspect was stationed at hospital road and was behaving in a suspicious manner.
The suspect was in possession of the three pistol which he was threatening members of the public with causing fear and panic.
When police arrived at the scene the driver attempted to escape but the police managed to arrest him.
Upon thorough search by the police they recovered three toy pistol under his shirt and a black cable in his trouser pocket.
He pleaded not guilty before milimani chief magistrate Martha Mutuku and was released on a bond of Sh100k
