Four charged with Trespassing a private land.

Four people have been charged with trespassing a private land against the law.

John Okoth,Peter Ouma,Patric Suju and Wycliffe Ochieng appeared before milimani law courts magistrate Bernard Ochoi and denied the charges.

They were accused that on April 9,2021 at around 1530 hours,along processional way,within Nairobi County,jointly without reasonable excuse,trespassed into the land belonging to Green View lodge to carry out curing activities without Authority.

Through lawyer Noel Okwach,the accused requested the court to consider that they are law aiding citizens.

He added that the offense is bailable and attracts a penalty of around Sh 500 in case the accused are found guilty.

They were released on Sh 60,000 bond each or a cash bail of Sh 10,000 each.

The matter will be heard on April 28,2021.
