A man has been charged with promoting a sexual offense with a child contrary to section 12(b) of the sexual offense Act no.3 of 2006.
Humphrey Adama appeared before Chief Magistrate Wendy Micheni and denied the charges read against him.
was accused that on October 11, 2021 at vetlab Kabete in Westland’s within Nairobi county, he shared through whatsapp messenger to AO, a child aged 14 years with photographs of nude men kissing each other which was intended to be used in the performance of sexual act/with the intention of encouraging /enabling the said AO to perform such sexual acts.
He was released on Sh 100,000 cash bail or a bond of Sh 200,000.
