Man in court for transporting gas cylinders without license.

A man has been charged with trading and dealing with LPG cylinders of another licensee for gain without the other person written consent.

Joseph Ochieng was charged with trading oilibya,Total,Hashi,Supa,E-gas,Gas Yetu,K-gas ,Afr-gas,Tosha and lake gas Lpg cylinders on October 19,2021 at Ngong’ township within Kajiado County.

He faced a second count of transporting liquefied petroleum gas without a valid licensee from the energy and petroleum regulatory Authority contrary to the law.

Onyango was accused that o October 19, 2021 at Ngong ’Township within Kajiado County, jointly with others not before court, he was found transporting LPG cylinders using motor vehicle registration number KCN 051N make ISUZU NKR without valid license.
