Three Judicial staff charged with stealing a TV.

Three men have been charged with conspiracy to steal a Tv from Judiciary against the law.

The three Andrew Onsando Orina,David Elikana Nyabuto and Eric Manyange Ondieki pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy to steal, stealing and handling stolen property against the law.

They were charged that at unknown dates and place,jointly with others not before court,they stole a Judiciary TV set valued at Sh 50,000.

Onsando and Elikana were also charged with stealing the TV on January 22,2022 valued at Sh 50,000.

The three faced an alternative charge of handling stolen property against the law.

The court was informed that on February 3,2022 at Mukuru kwa Njenga ,Moto Moto area within Nairobi County, otherwise than in the course of stealing ,dishonestly undertook the disposal of a television set make TLC model 43P615 black in color valued at Sh 50,000 knowing it was a stolen property.

The two cleaners pleaded guilty before Nairobi Chief Magistrate court while the driver denied the offence and was released on a cash bail of Sh100,000

The two cleaners will be sentenced on January 8, 2022, at the City Court.
