COURT CONVICTS IEBC OFFICIALS OVER ELECTION MATERIAL TENDER FRAUD.
Three IEBC officials Kennedy Gaunye Ochae, Gabriel Ngonyo Mutunga Willie Gachanja Kamanga, together with director of Solarmak Technologies limited Benson Gethi Wangui have been convicted of fraud in the tendering of election materials for 2013 general elections.
They will be convicted today (Tuesday 1st March 2022) after mitigation by their defense.
