Property Dealer Charged with Sh 30M Theft.

VAST REALTY Company founder has been charged with stealing Sh 30M from employer.

Caroline Waithira appeared before Milimani Magistrate Lucas Onyina on March 8,2023 and denied the charges.

The court was informed that Waithira who is a former Staff of Cretum Property Limited committed the offense on diverse dates between January 1,2018 and October 10,2019 at the Company offices in Nairobi.

She is said to be the founder of Vast Realty, a real estate Company.

The court was informed that she allegedly stole the money when she was then a director of finance and operations at the company.

She was released on Sh 900,000 bond or a cash bail of Sh 300,000.

The case will be mentioned on March 20,2023.
