Bushra Real Estate company director to be charged with Sh 2.1M fraud

A plea taking of 2.1 million fraud involving a directorof a real estate has been deferred to 29th of November2023.

When the matter came up before the trial magistrate Benard Ochoi, lawyer for the defence told the called that the accused person Mr Mohamed Ibrahim Shakur fall sick while in custody.

He added that looking at the age of the accused of the accused,he pleaded with the court to have the accused to continue remain out on a police bond of 100,000 thousand.

Mr Shakur was to be charged with two counts, including obtaining goods by false pretense.

According to the main count,it states that between the 1st of October 2022 and 31st December 2022 in Kilimani within Nairobi county in the Republic of Kenya, jointly with us not before court being directors of Bushra Real Estate ,conspire to defraud Alliance Concrete limited a mixed concrete valued at ksh 2,133,530(Two million,one hundred and thirty three thousand,five hundred and thirty Kenyan Shillings.
