Nahashon Otieno charged with Sh 37M gold fraud

Business man Nahashon Otieno Angudha has been charged again with Sh 37M gold Fraud.

Angudha was charged with defrauding Surinder Singh Kanda the said amount after pretending that he was in a position to hire a private jet and use it to pay taxes for 300kg of gold which was to be transported from Kenya to Dubai.

He also denied the charge of obtaining money by false pretense contrary to the law.

The accused person was charged before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe who directed that the accused person be detained until Friday for his bond ruling.
