Seth Orinda appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Robison Ondieki and denied the charges.

In the third count, Orinda was charged with making a document without authority against the law.
He was charged that on August 8, 2023 along General Mathenge Road in Westland’s within Nairobi County jointly with others not before the court and with intent to defraud, made a contract agreement originating from a registered NGO called Development Aid Africa.

He was charged that on August 7, 2023 along General Mathenge road in west-lands within Nairobi County jointly with others not before the court, with intent to defraud, he made two purchase orders with the logo of Development Aid Africa purporting it to be true purchase orders originating from a registered NGO CALLED Development Aid Africa.
Prosecution opposed his release on Bond.
Ruling on whether he will be released on bond will be made on Monday.
