Atlantiys Life Science Ltd driver was today arraigned in court facing charges of stealing by servant contrary to section 281 of the Penal Code. H
The employee Morrice Tom Adalo is said to have used his position as a driver in Atlantis Life Science LTD to allegedly steal goods worth Ksh 15,113,961 from the company.
According to the Charge sheet, Morrice on diverse dates between May 2022 and June 2024, being employed by Atlantis Life Science LTD stole the said goods which were on transit.
He however denied the charges before Magistrate Benmark Ekhubi and was released on Ksh 1 bond with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 400,000.
