A man has been charged at Milimani Law Courts with Sh 55Million Sacco fraud.
Patric Muithi Muthangya was charged that on diverse dates between December 8,2016 and November 1,2021 at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya,with others before court,he conspired with intent to commit a felony which is stealing from Afya ,Afya Sacco Society Limited,a sum of Sh 55,649,000.
Muithi was also charged that on similar dates and place,he stole Sh 55Million from the Sacco.He was released on Sh 3M bond plus one surety or cash bail of Sh 1 by M plus 2 contacts persons.The matter will be Mentioned on May 12,2025.
