Boda boda driver who allegedly hit the Pangani OCS charged

A boda boda driver who allegedly hit the Pangani OCS with his motor cycle yesterday night past curfew hours has been charged with careless driving.

Patrick Anastasia was arraigned before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Esther Kimilu where he was charged with failing to stop at a Police road block and knocked down Samir Yunus, the OCS Pangani Police station causing him slight injuries.

He was also charged that on 18 th April ,2021 at 8 .45 pm along Dr Griffin Road at Pangani Traffic lights Street he was riding a motor cycle without a driving licence.He denied the charges and was freed on a Cash bail of 50,000 shillings.
