An application to remove the Director of Public Prosecutions from office has been filed at the Public Service Commission.
It has been filed by the family of the late Tob Cohen’s family saying he is incompetent and has failed to prosecute Justice Kantai ole Sankale over the murder.
The victims lawyer Lawyer Danstan Omari, accompanied by a team of of over 20 lawyers addressed the media at Milimani law courts after they filed an application at the Public Service Commission, seeking removal of Haji.
