Pastor James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism has been acquitted in Sh 3.6 M fraud case.

A Nairobi court has withdrawn a case against pastor ng’ang’a of Head of Neno Evangelism center

The case was dropped after the complainant Wickson Njoroge Mwathi made an application to have it withdrawn.

He had been charged with defrauding businessman Mwathi Sh 3.6 million in April 2016, by falsely pretending he was in a position to lease him a 17 bed roomed house in Karen after the complainant withdrew from the case.

He is now a free a man after another case where he had been charged with causing the death of a woman in a fatal car was also withdrawn in the year 2018.

Seven days ago he had sought to settle the matter out of court by magistrate David Ndungi had declined.
