Musician Alex Apoko on Thursday arrived in court in an ambulance with medics behind him seeking justice after he was assaulted by blogger Robert Alai.
Accompanied by a group of youths who are in his support,Alex expected that Alai would take plea but to his surprise no plea was taken.
Alai whom he has accused of assaulting him some last Friday.
However, Ringtone was reduced to tears after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions recalled the file for further perusal.
Parties are waiting for dpp’s direction.
